Traversées
Traversées is an ode to the sacred feminine: five wild women choosing community over individuality to ensure their survival. A winter immersion intertwined with shallow breaths, storms, tenderness and the ebb and flow of a river trying to free itself from ice. The short film portrays a rite of passage shrouded in movements traversing the stages of arrival, putting down roots, transformation and rebirth. Step by step, these five fierce warriors tread a path that leads to the encounter with oneself.
The Hidden Images
Through eight capsules based on images from in situ cinematographic and choreographic research, let yourself be told the life cycle and migratory phenomenon of Greater Snow Geese. These two great sources of inspiration, at the heart of the artistic approach of choreographer and director Chantal Caron, are deployed in this touching cinedance mini-series. A media arts installation created in 2024 is also available to touch the sensitivity of spectators through complete sensory immersion.
Clementine
"Clementine" represents a visceral cry between the mineral, animal and human form, an unusual encounter with matter. To become one with it’s shadows and light, by crossing through flakes and mud, leading towards the pure and natural state of mind as the memories are extinguished to release the soul.
